Privacy Policy

Gallant Rose LLC, doing business as FLORSEA · Last updated October 27, 2026

Your privacy matters to us, and some of what you share with a facial studio is personal. This policy explains what information Gallant Rose LLC, DBA FLORSEA ("FLORSEA," "we," "us") collects through our website (theflorsea.com), online shop, in-person retail, and private facial studio, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies together with our Terms and Conditions.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us.

  • Contact and account details: name, email address, phone number, and mailing or billing address.

  • Booking information: appointments, service history, and communication preferences.

  • Client intake and consent forms: information about your skin, health history, allergies, medications, pregnancy status, recent procedures, and skincare routine, plus any notes you share with us during appointments.

  • Treatment records and progress photos: notes about your services and before-and-after photographs of the treatment area, taken as part of your treatment record.

  • Order information: items purchased, shipping address, and order notes.

  • Messages: emails and texts you send us.

Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card number. Our providers share limited details with us, such as the last four digits and card type, so we can manage deposits, fees, and orders.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, our website platform and analytics tools collect device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, referring pages, and approximate location through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • book, confirm, and remind you of appointments, and keep your card on file for deposits and fees described in our policies;

  • provide safe, personalized treatments and recommend products, including noting contraindications and tracking your progress;

  • process and ship orders, handle returns, and respond to your questions;

  • communicate with you about your appointments and orders;

  • operate, secure, and improve our website and services;

  • keep required business, tax, and legal records, and protect against fraud or misuse; and

  • if you opt in, send you newsletters or promotions, which you can leave at any time.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health or intake information for advertising.

3. Health and Treatment Information

The information in your intake forms and treatment notes is some of the most sensitive we hold. We use it only to provide your services safely, and we limit access to it. Although FLORSEA is an esthetics practice and not a medical provider, we treat this information with care and do not share it except as described in this policy or with your permission. Progress photographs stay in your private client file. We will never post or use your photographs in marketing or social media without your separate permission, which is optional and may be withdrawn at any time for future use.

4. Text Messages and Email

We send appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling messages by text and email. Text messaging is optional. You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP or by telling us, and we will communicate by email instead. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing texts without your separate opt-in, and we do not share mobile numbers or text consent with third parties for their marketing. If we begin sending email newsletters, signing up will be your choice, each email will include an unsubscribe link, and we will update this policy to name any email provider we use.

5. Who We Share Information With

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only what they need:

  • PocketSuite: appointment booking, client records and forms, payments for appointments, and appointment messaging.

  • Stripe: payment processing for appointment deposits and fees, and for shop orders placed through Squarespace.

  • Squarespace: website hosting, online shop, order processing, and site analytics. Payments for shop orders are processed through Stripe.

  • Shipping carriers: your name, address, and contact details so we can deliver your order.

  • Professional advisors and authorities: accountants, attorneys, or government agencies when required for tax, legal, or compliance purposes, or to protect our rights and safety.

  • Business transfers: if FLORSEA is sold or reorganized, your information may transfer to the new owner under the same protections.

These providers have their own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

6. Cookies and Analytics

7. How Long We Keep Information

We keep client records, forms, and photographs for as long as needed to provide your services, meet professional, tax, and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Order and payment records are kept for tax and accounting purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

8. How We Protect Information

We use reputable platforms with security safeguards, limit access to your information, and keep our devices and accounts protected. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify you as required by law.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You may contact us at any time to:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you;

  • correct inaccurate information;
